Advisen Ltd., the leading provider of news, exposure information, risk analytics, and workflow technology to the commercial insurance industry and Libraries and Directories, Inc., the leading aggregator of web-based resource information, jointly announced an expansion of its content and marketing partnership. As of today, all Advisen and RIMS Benchmark Survey OnlineTM subscribers will have access to the enhanced rmLibrary service of over 30,000 resources which have been described, categorized, and tagged for insurance and risk management professionals.
Commercial insurance professionals look to Advisen for business information and insurance market data and can now save enormous amounts of time by using Advisen to find the broadest range of reference information found in over 30,000 resources on the web. rmLibrary categorizes these resources for easy reference by commercial insurance buyers, brokers, underwriters, lawyers and other risk management professionals.
The resources in the rmLibrary have been categorized into 30 main categories and over 900 sub-categories, including safety, managed care, ergonomics, workers comp, and state and federal laws and agencies. These resources have been reviewed, categorized, and tagged for insurance/RM relevance by industry experts. rmLibrary resources are maintained and updated, with new resources added on a daily basis. The familiar Advisen interface allows for quick and easy browsing and searching by section, professional guide, topical category, type of resource, or keywords such as “mold”, or “product liability”.
Advisen has integrated rmLibrary, previously available only as a membership-based, stand-alone web-site, into the workflow of Advisen.com.
“Two years of integration of rmLibrary have proven demand among a subset of Advisen subscribers and we are pleased to offer the enhanced service to all of our subscribers so that they don’t need to search the web or pay more to get this data from other vendors,” said Mason Power, GM of Advisen. “This expanded partnership highlights Advisen’s commitment to providing our clients unique, high-value information solutions through a single, easy-to-use interface.”
“Advisen has built a tremendous distribution platform to the commercial insurance market and we are pleased to reach thousands of insurance professionals each day through Advisen,” noted Chuck Galas, CEO of Libraries and Directories, Inc. “Integration of rmLibrary into the Advisen platform provides a single access point to a diverse set of tools and resources and a better user experience, and rmLibrary is only a subset of the content we have available through Advisen.”
In addition to rmLibrary, similar reference libraries and directories are now available to Advisen subscribers, including The Safety Library, The HR Library, The Business Library, The Transportation Library, Laws & Regs and Building Aces. Advisen members wishing to be listed in the rmDirectory of insurance brokers, carriers, and risk-related services can also get a discount on their listings: click http://corner.advisen.com/partners_rmlibdir_home.html, follow the appropriate links, and enter “ADVISEN” as the registration code when purchasing.
